You need:
👉🏼 Kettlebells - I am using 6-14kgs in the videos, however this is for demo purposes. I will be lifting heavier when I do the challenge with you in the new year, especially on lower body days (12-20kgs). I recommend medium and heavy weights for the challenge. Over the weeks I encourage you to lift heavier than the previous week.
